二零零七年五月二十七日，朝氣勃勃，風和日麗的早上，不單只標誌著美好一天的開始，也代表著上海分公司的新辦公室正式啟用，我們舉行了簡單而隆重的開張典禮。
在過去的十年裡，隨著上海及華北的業務增長，位於上海廣東路舊有的辦公室已經不敷應用。 一直以來，ACW上海分公司的業務除了來自上海之外，也有來自附近地區，例如常熟、南京，蘇州等等。這些地區的外國投資和本地增長十分利害，商業機構、外資公司、新投資的基建和各行各業的廠商，都為這地區帶來不少商機。ACW
也隨著這些商機，不斷成長。

On May 27, 2007, warm breeze and glorious weather in early morning, not merely symbolize
a happy day starts, it is also a day that office of our subsidiary in Shanghai begins in use. We have held a simple and grand opening ceremony.
In the past ten years, along with Shanghai and North China's economic growth,
the office located at Haitong Securities Tower of Guangdong road is not adequate
for our business. The ACW in Shanghai, besides serving Shanghai customers, also
takes care of companies from the nearby regions, like Changshu, Nanjing, Suzhou
and so on. In these areas, both local and foreign investment grows rapidly over
the last ten years. The investments come from individuals, domestic government
bodies, commercial organizations as well as foreign capital and manufacturers.
It brings a lot of opportunities for us.
