Authentication - Simple authentication relies on a User Name and its related Password.
That is not secure. The next level beyond Username and Password is called two-factor
authentication-something you know (your PIN) and something you have Together with
two-factor user authentication that ensures only authorized users are allowed
to entry corporate network.
Email Security (Encryption) - Companies are increasingly obliged to
implement practices and policies that prevent fraudulent access to
information held in their care, particularly information about their
customers and partners. Company directors are being held liable for
putting sensitive information at risk.
- – The Authenex Strong Authentication System (ASAS™)
provides two-factor authentication for remote VPN, LAN, and web-based access.
Authenex ASAS prevents unwanted network intrusions by employing a convenient
token called the Authenex A-Key®. The chip-based A-Key can be used to authenticate
via PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), Challenge-Response or One-Time Password.
- – Authenex HDLock protects a PC or notebook the way a key
protects a door or file cabinet. The Authenex A-Key acts as the key to your PC or
notebook, allowing you to fully protect the contents of your hard drive. Without
your personal A-Key, the hard drive remains encrypted and inaccessible to anyone
else. All encryption and decryption processes are automated and transparent.
- – Authenex ASafe™ is an affordable and simple-to-use alternative
to PKI-based applications that allows users to encrypt and decrypt files locally using
their Authenex A-Key. A-Key users can also securely exchange files with other
A-Key users over the Web, email or any other type of network - without having to
deploy certificates or certificate servers.
- – The Authenex A-Key® is a house-key sized token that serves
as the platform for the Authenex suite of strong, two-factor e-security applications.
The unique benefit of the A-Key is its on-board CPU allowing secure functions to be
executed on the token and not on the computer. Embedded drivers and combined
authentication features offer total mobility and maximum flexibility for A-Key users.
- - iKey™ 1000 USB two factor authentication
token provides a very cost-effective and easy-to-use control for multiple
applications and network services, as in Virtual Private Networks (VPN),
and controls Intranet, Extranet, and Internet access. The iKey 1000 series
can also be used in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environments.
iKey™ 2032 USB token is a compact, two-factor authentication token client
security for network authentication, e-mail encryption, and digital signing
applications. Its low-cost, compact design, and standard USB interface make
it easier to deploy than smartcards or one-time PIN tokens
- – Private Post for Business is an integrated suite of the easiest email privacy tools for the most popular email clients. It includes the following components:
- , dedicated Outlook plug-in.
- , dedicated Outlook Express plug-in
- , reader for Webmail, etc.
- , easy deployment to the network
- , encrypts files on the hard drive.
